If you don't want a serious bf then what's the point? Then you are just doing it to look ';cool'; and that's not what dating is about. It's about looking for someone to spend the rest of your life with. So I think, yes. You are too young. But it's up to you and your parents really.
Ok hun, Im 27 (no kids) so I may be a bit old for your question, however I think you are the perfect age to start to date. Now that you are a young adult its time for you to start makeing important decisions on your own, and boys are one of them. Just make sure that any guy you are with is not trying to push you further than you want to go. Love can be tricky, make you blind and you would never want to make a mistake you will regret for the rest of your life. However, a cute guy to take you to the movies, hold hands with, cuddle and kiss is perfect for you right now. Good luck!!! :)
i say go for it if you want to but really and truely dating is to find someone to marry so it is posiable to find someone at your age but it is slim........ i didn't wait till highschool to start dating so if you see that you are ready for this then find a good guy who will treat you right ...... and if you every change you mind then just get out of the relationship b/c you are still young and there will be more guys in your life...... best of luck
Dating is still just hanging out at 13, right? Dating is how you get to know your likes and dislikes in boyfriends. I say it's fine as long as the sex, etc. is held off for quite a few more years. Happy dating~!
Well, you're officially a teen so I say its just fine. Just make sure that you set some ';limits'; for yourself since it will be your first time experience with dating. Such as: dont go any farther than hugging, kissing, and holding hands. NO FARTHER THAN THAT. Prepare for heartbreak when they break up with you though. It HURTS. I just got over my first time relationship with a guy who broke up with me just today at lunch during school. I only went out with him for like a month too.

ur way too young to date a bf for skool is fine but u shouldnt start getting into i love you and all that crap cuz ur still young and in like 2 weeks yall will prolly be broken up anyways. im 14 and my mom tells me im too young to date and shes right we go out with guys and a few weeks later were broken up !!! if you want a bf go ahead just be smart about it

I've had my first boyfriend in the 7th grade and i wasn't doing to well in my classes, then i realize that having a boyfriend was distracting me from my studies so i broke up with him and im gonna wait until I've got the school thing down and over with. Dont wait until college to date tho, you have to experience it first.





But since you're only in 7th grade, i would wait until you mature more but its your choice!!!
