Wow, and I thought my 'rents were strict when i was your age.
Well, if you have a cell, I can suggest that you call them every hour at a pre-appointed time until they trust you (with an 8 min leeway.). Or LET them use a GPS tracker on your cell.
I don't know about the 10:30 thing though, I would say 10:30 in summer only, and 9-9:30 in winter. You really don't need to be out more than 3 hours after sunset, and taking all of the icky stuff into consideration, like homework and chores; You'd have at least 5 hours with your friends.Parents of teens? well my dear i think that it is not a good idea but also not wrong.
when you will cross 17 years then i think they will give you permission because the environment in these days is very very wrong and many crime done in the nights so they don't give you permission for this.
just wait for some time %26amp; then enjoy your life...
well lastly i want to say that you should obey your parent because the don't take any type of risk for you.....
My parents are the exact same way. I think it sounds like a really good idea--try presenting it to them really calmly and see if they say yes. If they say no at first, don't throw a fit-just be really polite and bring it up again a few weeks later.
