Anyone know how i can start a teen advice column/website?

hey ok so not to brag but i give really good advice and ever since i was younger i wanted to start an advice column or something that people could ask for advice and i could give it to them and other people in same situations can see it and use my advice. Im fourteen and i relate to alot of people. how do i start a website like that? and how would other teens know about it? ive seen some around and reallllllly want to start one please help :)Anyone know how i can start a teen advice column/website?
