don't worry about testosterone boosters--your test levels should be high at your age.
food is the best source of nutrition, but a powdered supplement like cytogainer can be of benefit, too--take some immediately after training, and then another before you go to bed.

try protein bars...im trying to build muscle and gain weight and the ones i take are really good and taste delicious. the bar is called ';proto pure'; and the flavor is chewy chocolate chip and it tastes just like cookie dough. it has 32 grams of protein for each bar and 1 gram of sugar. they are healthier then alot of other protein bars too. also, u can just eat more protein in regular foods like chicken, eggs, cheese, peanuts/peanut butter, and turkey. eat 1 before and after ur workot(just after is ok) i like them alot and i actually eat them for breakfast.
Try not to rely on the protein powders. If you already have a weight training program stick with that.
