I am about 25-30 pounds overweight but pretty healthy. My problem is eating too much unhealthy food. I was wondering what would be the best way to lose the weight. I need something that is very easy and the food to taste good. How is NutriSystem? I was thinking of that since the meals come prepared except I am worried about the taste factor. Any ideas would be great!Diet Plan. I am in my late teens and I need advice on how to lose weight?
Do yourself a favour and save your money! Instead of getting prepared, overly processed food learn to eat healthy natural foods. I suggest for the teen on the go--fresh fruit, apples, bananas, bags of grapes and by thrown in your bag and eaten easily. Carrot sticks and celery sticks can get put in ziploc baggies and used the same way. When you have time add some yogurt, cottage cheese, lean meat (turkey, chicken breast, lean fish) and some whole grain carbs (whole grain bread, brown or wild rice). You have now conquered an eating plan that will never steer you wrong for the rest of life. If they are on this list eat as much as you like, don't ever go hungry. And make sure to treat yourself to an ice cream or candy at least once a week. That way you don't feel deprived and at this same time have learned the value of balance.Diet Plan. It is actually very easy. Eat less, no matter what, but less. I know it is tough but it works. And exercise. Walk or run at least three times a week. I lost weight this way. Every 3500 kalories are one pound. So, if over whatever time you reduce your food intake by 3500 kalories you will loose one pound. Loosing or gaining weight has nothing to do with taste, only kalories. Good luck.
