My daughter will be in a pre teen pageant, any advice on dresses, etc?

My 10 yr old daughter is a state finalist for National American Miss Pageant, she is tall about 5ft 2in and she can still fit some girls size 16, but we are moving into juniors size 3 and 5's .Don't want a dress that isn't age appropriate . Go to Dillards or Macys and look. Now is the perfect time because prom just ended, and all the dresses will be on sale =) Just make sure and get something long. Go to the Miss Teen USA pageant website and looks at some of the dresses.. or go to U Tube and watching the Miss Teen USA Crowning Video. Most of the girls don't have sparkly dresses, just classy and long. White is always a great winning color. Good Luck to her =)My daughter will be in a pre teen pageant, any advice on dresses, etc?
im the 2007 arizona state finalist and through my pageant years i would suggest something long not to eye blinding something simple try ruffles or something litghtly beaded and straight
